Return Policy:
We will accept returns on: Merchandise bought within 30 days that is
unused, in original package and has all tags attached.
We do not accept returns on: perishable food items, climbing equipment, water filters/purifiers, beacons, used merchandise, or any merchandise deemed “all sales are final “.
In the unlikely event you receive merchandise that is damaged in shipping or contains a manufacture defect you must promptly notify us. A customer service representative will handle your issue on a case by case basis. Please keep all boxes and packaging.
If your purchase was through Mammothgear.com please write your order number on the outside of the box.
If your purchase was at one of our retail stores, please write the date of purchase on the outside of the box.
Please include a phone number where you can be reached along with any receipts. We do not store credit card numbers so you will have to be contacted when we receive your package to get the credit card information needed to process the return. If you wish to speed the process please include all of the receipts and you credit card # and expire date.
Return Receipts will be mailed to your shipping address and you will receive an email from us when your return is processed.
Please choose Federal Express or U.P.S for returning merchandise. USPS does not deliver to our street address and your package will not be received by us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED USING USPS.

If you do choose to ship USPS- it will slow the processing of your return. You can ship to us using USPS Please contact us for our PO Box.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Sale items can be returned within 30days of purchase but the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges to them. Please insure your package and get a tracking number. Once we receive returned merchandise, we will confirm the merchandise condition (brand new, perfect, never been used, tags attached) and at that time we will process the credit refund or exchange. Please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt to help expedite the return process along with a phone number where you can be reached.
Exchanges- Any exchange can be made during the return period, the same restrictions and policies apply. Please include what you would like to exchange for in the return box, we will contact you when we receive your package.
