Oversized Items
The shipping of oversized items or heavy items costs extra. These
items may or may not be marked throughout the website. If you have
purchased an item that is oversized or heavy, you will be contacted, by
email, prior to any items being shipped and any charges made to your account,
we promise! If you have any questions about what items are oversized
or what extra charges you may incur, please email shipping@mammothgear.com.
Tracking your Package
After your order has shipped you will be provided, by email, a UPS Tracking
Number. Log on to UPS.com to tracking your package online. If
you have not been supplied a tracking number within 48 hours (business
days) please contact us at shipping@mammothgear.com.
PO Boxes
We will be happy to ship to PO Boxes at your request. The same charges
apply but your package will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service. Tracking
number will not be provided to you.
Military APO and FPO Address
We do ship to military address via the U.S. Postal Service. The
same charges apply. Tracking number will not be provided to
you. If you would like assistance in tracking your package please
email us at shipping@mammothgear.com,
we will be more than happy to assist you.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please fill out the order form. There will be a box for you to check if you are purchasing product from Alaska and Hawaii. You will be contacted by email within 24 hours with a quote on shipping to your address. You will then be asked to provide us with payment information before the product ships to you.
